A campaign is being run to connect Karnali province with the federal capital via words, visuals, images and products. The campaign called Connecting Karnali is being led by the Mangahri Foundation. According to organizer Bharat Bandhu Thapa, who has also conceptualised Connecting Karni, the campaign will run for 10 months. The second district included in the campaign was Dolpa, which is wealthy in art, culture and heritage. The campaign was concluded by popular and senior actor Karishma Manandhar, who said Karnali is a region with a lot of potential. Social activist and film producer Chakra Bahadur Chand was also present. Chand has been arranging the Karnali International Film Festival every year.
